This whole-home remodel was a full-scale transformation focused on elevating both the aesthetic and functionality of the property. The renovation included 4.5 fully remodeled bathrooms, each updated with modern fixtures, tile work, and finishes to create spa-like retreats throughout the home. A major highlight was the expansion of the primary closet, with an addition that doubled its size, offering enhanced storage and a more luxurious dressing space. We also installed new flooring throughout the entire home, giving the interior a cohesive and refreshed look.

On the structural side, we removed a living room wall and replaced it with a dramatic 16-foot multi-slide glass door, flooding the living area with natural light and seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors. A custom chevron fireplace was added to anchor the living space with a striking focal point. The kitchen was upgraded with new countertops and a modern backsplash, blending style with function. Custom features like a cedar wine closet and whiskey bar bring a personalized, upscale touch. Outdoor improvements included a rebuilt front porch with cedar decking, ceiling, and railings, a new rear deck, and a brand-new stamped concrete driveway with integrated custom lighting, significantly boosting curb appeal and nighttime ambiance. This remodel turned a dated home into a thoughtfully designed, high-end living space tailored to modern lifestyles.
